Refrigeration Mechanic FIFO 8/6 – Various Sites

About the role

Sodexo is looking for experienced Refrigeration Mechanics to join a stable FIFO roster (8 days on, 6 days off) across various sites in Western Australia. You will work on day‑shifts only, supporting mining villages, remote towns and commercial assets.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a balanced mix of preventative maintenance and statutory servicing on refrigeration equipment.
• Carry out reactive breakdown repairs, fault finding and on‑call support to maintain operational continuity.
• Support a small on‑call roster and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Australian Refrigeration Mechanic’s Trade Certificate and WA Restricted Electrical Workers Licence.
• Current WA driver’s licence, White Card, First Aid and LVR/CPR certificates.
• Proven experience in facilities maintenance within domestic, commercial or mining environments.
• Australian citizenship or full working rights and ability to pass medical and police checks.
