Refrigeration Mechanic – FIFO 8:6, Relocation to Perth

About the role

Sodexo is looking for qualified Refrigeration Mechanics to join its Building Maintenance team across the Pilbara region. The role operates on an 8 days on, 6 days off FIFO roster from Perth, with relocation support available.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and preventive work on residential, village and mine site refrigeration systems.
• Work 12‑hour shifts on remote sites, often in extreme environments.

Required profile

• Relevant trade qualification(s) and certificates for Western Australia.
• Australian citizenship or full working rights.
• Ability to complete pre‑employment medical, drug/alcohol testing and police check.

Required skills

• Experience in facility maintenance within domestic and commercial sectors.
• Ability to work safely and deliver service in remote locations.
