Referrer Relationship Specialist

About the role

Integral Diagnostics (IDX) is looking for a Referrer Relationship Specialist for its Business Development Team, based in the East Melbourne region. The role represents the brand portfolio of Capital Radiology, FMIG and Imaging @ Olympic Park and focuses on growing relationships with referrers across the clinic network. It reports to the Marketing & Business Development Manager and is full-time, though flexible hours or part-time arrangements may be considered.

Key responsibilities

• Grow the referral base and engage deeply with local healthcare providers, including doctors and allied specialists
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors and stakeholders
• Support referrer needs to drive referral growth in the region
• Organise and host medical education and events with the team
• Work with clinical and operational team leaders to improve service delivery
• Gather and share market insights and feedback to inform strategy

Required profile

• Demonstrated sales and/or business development experience in the healthcare industry (highly regarded)
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work independently, be resourceful and self-disciplined
• Excellent organisational skills for planning and delivering events such as promotional lunches and information evenings
• Driver's licence, as this is a field-based role
• Degree in medical imaging, health or science (desirable)
