About the role

As a Recruitment Delivery Partner within Talent Acquisition at ANZ, you will act as the bridge between business leaders, internal talent acquisition teams, and external recruitment service providers. Your focus will be on delivering high‑quality hiring outcomes, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction, and maintaining process excellence throughout the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders and Talent Acquisition stakeholders to achieve recruitment targets through outsourced providers.
• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with recruitment vendors, monitoring service levels, quality standards and performance expectations.
• Track recruitment activity, identify risks, bottlenecks and delivery challenges, and implement proactive solutions.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex, high‑risk or business‑critical recruitment matters.
• Provide oversight across the full recruitment lifecycle to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, governance, policies, controls and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing recruitment delivery through an outsourced recruitment partner, RPO or vendor model.
• Accountability for hiring outcomes and service delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and escalation handling capabilities.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to generate insights and drive continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of recruitment compliance, governance and regulatory standards.
