About the role
The Recruitment Coordinator will join dnata’s People & Culture team to support high‑volume hiring for frontline airport operations, including Passenger Services, Cargo, and Ramp & Baggage roles. Reporting to the Organisational Development Manager, you will ensure a smooth candidate experience and compliance throughout the hiring process.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for frontline positions, from advertising to hiring.
- Design and facilitate assessment centres to identify top talent.
- Partner with operational managers to deliver an engaging recruitment experience.
- Draft job advertisements and manage campaigns via ATS platforms.
- Conduct pre‑employment checks (references, medicals, police, security clearances) and ensure full compliance.
- Prepare employment contracts and coordinate onboarding documentation.
- Support new starters through induction and onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate files.
- Identify and implement improvements to recruitment processes.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years recruitment experience in multi‑site, high‑volume environments (aviation or blue‑collar preferred).
- Proven ability to manage recruitment processes end‑to‑end.
- Strong organisational, time‑management and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast‑paced setting.
- Willingness to travel to other states when required.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience using HRIS tools.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
