About the role

Join Healthcare Australia’s Brisbane recruitment team as a Recruitment Consultant focused on Travel Nursing. You will help grow the travel nurse workforce by building strong relationships with candidates and healthcare clients across Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with nurses and healthcare clients.
• Source, screen and interview high‑calibre nursing candidates.
• Match nurses with opportunities that suit their skills, experience and preferences.
• Coordinate onboarding, compliance, references and documentation.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and expand the Travel Nurse talent pool.

Required profile

• People‑focused recruiter with strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proven recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Sales mindset and ability to thrive in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
