Recruitment Consultant & Recruitment Resourcer

About the role

DIG Personnel and Training Solutions, a supply nation registered, majority Aboriginal owned business delivering recruitment and labour hire services across South Australia's civil and building construction, defence, mining, transport and warehousing industries, is hiring two full-time, on-site Recruitment Consultant and Recruitment Resourcer positions in Adelaide. The roles cover end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and hiring coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews and coordinating hiring.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, and understand workforce and project requirements.
• Provide consultative support on recruitment and workforce solutions.
• Maintain talent pipelines and support graduate and entry-level recruitment.
• Prepare candidate documentation and ensure accurate data entry in recruitment systems.
• Contribute to diverse and inclusive hiring and work with internal teams to deliver quality recruitment outcomes.

Required profile

• Confident communication, recruiting and graduate recruitment skills, with experience sourcing and placing candidates across multiple sectors.
• Consulting skills, including building client and ongoing candidate relationships and presenting workforce solutions clearly.
• Interviewing skills, with the ability to assess candidate suitability and give structured feedback.
• Relevant experience in agency or internal recruitment, labour hire or workforce solutions is beneficial.
• Knowledge of civil, construction, defence or mining industries, and of Indigenous workforce participation initiatives, is advantageous.
• Further qualifications or equivalent practical experience is highly advantageous.
