Recruitment Consultant – Real Estate (Remote/Hybrid)

About the role

Growth Talent Group is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join its specialised Property & Strata recruitment desk. You will focus on placing candidates in the thriving Australian real‑estate market while enjoying a high commission structure and flexible work arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Source, interview and qualify candidates for real‑estate roles.
• Manage candidate relationships from initial contact through offer negotiation.
• Present suitable candidates to clients and coordinate interview schedules.
• Negotiate offers and ensure successful placement.
• Build and maintain long‑term candidate networks.

Required profile

• Proven agency recruitment experience with a track record of billing and placements.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated, accountable and driven to maximise earnings.
• Experience in real‑estate recruitment is advantageous but not mandatory.
