Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and mobilise candidates efficiently
• Build strong client and candidate relationships
• Deliver against performance metrics while maintaining quality and compliance

Required profile

• Proven experience in trade and labour hire or blue-collar recruitment
• Confidence managing high-volume recruitment and fast mobilisation
• Thrives under tight deadlines, early starts and compliance demands
• Team-first attitude ready to step up during peak periods

Required skills

• Strong CRM skills
• Comfort with job boards and recruitment technology
• Advanced communication skills to build trust with clients and candidates
