Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across our growing professional services firm. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will partner with hiring managers to attract top talent, build pipelines, and deliver a memorable onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from role briefing and sourcing to interviewing, offer management and close‑out.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and creative channels, building proactive talent pipelines.
• Track and report recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness and quality of hire.
• Coordinate technology‑enabled onboarding, manage pre‑employment checks, contracts and gather new starter feedback.
• Lead graduate and early‑career recruitment, building relationships with universities and running campus events.
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with legislation, internal policies and champion diversity, equity and inclusion.

Required profile

• 2+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in‑house within professional services or a corporate setting.
• Experience with graduate or early‑career recruitment is highly regarded.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities, confident working with all levels from graduates to partners.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS platforms.
• Advanced use of LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
• Comfort working with recruitment data and metrics.
