Recruitment Consultant - Ecommerce, Fashion & Lifestyle

About the role

ETISK is seeking its first Recruitment Consultant to work with fast‑growing D2C consumer brands in fashion, activewear, outdoor, retail and lifestyle. The position is fully remote across Australia and can be part‑time or full‑time, allowing you to shape the recruitment function from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage client relationships with ecommerce and fashion brands.
• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, presenting, and closing candidates.
• Drive business development by winning new accounts and expanding existing ones.
• Bill and achieve revenue targets, contributing to the company’s growth.
• Collaborate with the founding team to define recruitment strategy and commission structure.

Required profile

• Either an experienced recruiter in fashion/ecommerce or a senior industry professional with a strong network.
• Proven ability to build desks from scratch and manage full recruitment cycles.
• Comfortable with cold‑calling and client acquisition.
• Self‑motivated, output‑focused and able to work independently.
