Recruitment Consultant – Accounting & Finance

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our specialised Accounting & Finance team in Queensland. You will work as a 360‑consultant, managing the full recruitment cycle for commercial, government and public‑practice divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, source and engage candidates from our extensive database of over 60,000 local profiles.
• Conduct interviews, assess skills and match candidates to client requirements.
• Provide career guidance and secure a Commitment of Service before representing candidates.
• Attend client meetings, understand briefs and build strong relationships.
• Develop and maintain talent pools in high‑demand areas.
• Expand existing client relationships and generate new market connections.
• Maintain accurate records of applications, interview outcomes and placements.

Required profile

• Resilient personality able to handle frequent rejections.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience using JobAdder.
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled recruitment tools.
