Recruitment Advisor

About the role

We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join our Australian Recruitment team, supporting hiring activity across our Australian Business Unit. Based in our modern Perth CBD office on Adelaide Terrace, you’ll enjoy spectacular Swan River views, easy access to public transport, nearby cafés and flexible working arrangements that support work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain talent pipelines across engineering, construction and project delivery disciplines.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates through targeted search and attraction strategies.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including advertising, screening, interviewing, reference checking and offer management.
• Provide expert recruitment advice and support to hiring managers while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, talent programs and broader people projects.

Required profile

• Previous recruitment experience, ideally within construction, engineering, infrastructure, resources or a related industry.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes and engaging with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong sourcing and talent attraction capability, including proactive candidate engagement.
• Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
• Internal recruitment experience is highly regarded; agency recruiters are also welcome to apply.
