Recruitment Advisor (6‑week contract)

About the role

Our client, a large facilities management and support services organisation, is seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor to support a surge in hiring demand. This is a short‑term, 6‑week assignment based in Melbourne, offering an immediate start and a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for casual, blue‑collar workforce requirements.
• Proactively source candidates via job boards, talent pools and direct search.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing hiring needs.
• Coordinate candidate compliance and onboarding processes.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Required profile

• Previous experience in high‑volume recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong proactive sourcing and talent‑pipelining capability.
• Experience recruiting blue‑collar, operational or frontline roles.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with PageUp is highly regarded.
