Reception Team Leader - Osborne Park

About the role

Fitness Cartel is looking for a Reception Team Leader for its club in Osborne Park. You will be the face of the club, leading by example to create exceptional experiences for every member, supporting and mentoring the Reception Team and helping oversee day-to-day reception operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable member experiences.
• Support, coach and motivate the Reception Team, including onboarding and day-to-day guidance.
• Welcome members, answer enquiries, process memberships, bookings and retail purchases using the club systems.
• Assist with café operations, retail sales and recommend supplements and nutrition products.
• Keep the reception, café and retail areas clean, well-stocked and presented to Fitness Cartel standards.
• Support the Customer Service Manager with the day-to-day running of the club while maintaining company policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or the fitness industry.
• Passion for customer experiences and genuine relationships with members.
• Confident in retail sales, with supplement and nutritional knowledge highly regarded.
• A positive, proactive and organised leader who enjoys developing others.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain one), Australian working rights and flexibility to work a rotating gym roster.

Required skills

• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.
