About the role

An Australian-owned business, recruited through Superior People Recruitment, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Representative based in Preston, Victoria. The role covers listing residential properties, handling enquiries and shows, and building a pipeline of future listings and clients.

Key responsibilities

• List residential properties for sale
• Deal with enquiries and show properties
• Prepare property reports
• Maintain the database of listings and contacts
• Attend all training sessions as directed by the Principal
• Apply all procedures required of the role
• Prospect future listings and clients

Required profile

• Agents' Rep Certificate
• Driver's licence
• Ability and willingness to develop and manage a database of contacts
• Able to "close" deals
