Real Estate Sales Manager

About the role

A genuine hands-on Real Estate Sales Manager position in Preston, Victoria, where you will continue listing and selling property while taking responsibility for developing the sales team and growing market share. Working closely with the Directors, you will help shape the branch's future through business development, coaching, leadership and strong personal sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• List and sell residential properties throughout the local area
• Develop new business through prospecting and relationship building
• Mentor, coach and support members of the sales team
• Drive a high-performance sales culture focused on customer outcomes
• Build long-term relationships with vendors, purchasers and referral partners
• Work with the Directors to implement growth strategies
• Maintain excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Required profile

• Proven track record of success in residential real estate sales
• Current Victorian Estate Agent Licence
• Current driver's licence
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop others
• Strong business development, negotiation and prospecting skills
