Real Estate Floor Planner – On‑site Measurements

About the role

Diakrit is looking for friendly, reliable floor planners to join its professional community in Melbourne. You will work on‑site at residential properties, taking measurements and producing accurate floor and site plans for sale listings.

Key responsibilities

• Visit multiple residential properties across Melbourne to record dimensions.
• Create clear, detailed floor and site plans based on on‑site measurements.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and presentation for each drawing.
• Coordinate with the head‑office team for job scheduling and payment.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in real‑estate floor‑plan drawing.
• Own reliable car and a valid driver’s licence.
• Ability to work flexible, self‑determined hours, typically weekdays from 9 am to sunset.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and team spirit.

Required skills

• Floor plan drafting.
• Use of laser measurement tools.
