About the role
A leading Australian supplier of construction materials, based in Petrie, Brisbane, is looking for experienced plant operators for its quarry operations. The client is seeking haul truck, loader and excavator operators, with several positions available and an ASAP start.
Key responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery at the quarry site
- Move and load materials around the site
- Manage stockpiles
- Assist with general maintenance of fixed plant equipment when required
Required profile
- Relevant RII ticket for the machinery being operated
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to help with maintenance
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
- Quarry medical or Section 4 (desirable but not essential)
