Quality & Technical Service Controller – Graphic Communications

About the role

Fujifilm Australia is seeking a self‑motivated Quality & Technical Service Controller to join its Graphic Communications team in Melbourne. The role focuses on ensuring product batches meet strict specifications and supports laboratory activities within a fast‑paced printing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Test product batches to verify they meet defined specifications.
• Adjust or modify batches as necessary to achieve compliance.
• Record and review test results, documenting any adjustments made.
• Investigate batch discrepancies reported by customers or market representatives.
• Liaise with customers regarding product issues and provide timely feedback.
• Assist laboratory staff with testing procedures when required.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in science or manufacturing.
• Experience or knowledge of the print industry is desirable.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and related products.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
• Effective written communication and report‑writing skills.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
