Quality Systems Coordinator

About the role

Join Nestlé’s Quality team at the Wahgunyah factory, the home of Uncle Toby’s Snacks and Cereals. As a Quality Systems Coordinator you will lead the implementation and compliance of Nestlé quality systems, ensuring the site meets both corporate and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the site SAP‑QM Superuser, driving implementation, compliance and continuous improvement.
• Manage the release process for raw materials and packaging, including training and restricted stock management.
• Champion Net Content Control to ensure net weight compliance with Nestlé and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the local document control system, conduct health checks, provide training and maintain compliance.
• Participate in internal audits, identify gaps and drive corrective actions related to quality systems.
• Facilitate structured root‑cause analysis after quality incidents.
• Deliver quality‑system training and support Nestlé Continuous Excellence and Total Productive Maintenance initiatives.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Food Science or a related field.
• Minimum 2 + years experience as a quality specialist, preferably with SAP exposure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
• Full Australian working rights and willingness to undergo pre‑employment health checks.
