Quality Specialist – Product Integrity

About the role

The Quality Specialist (Product Integrity) will protect product quality, enhance supplier performance and support the introduction of new materials at our Morwell dairy facility. Working closely with Operations, R&D, Planning and suppliers, you will ensure our yoghurt and dessert products meet the highest food safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead investigations into ingredient, packaging and product quality issues, identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
• Partner with suppliers to improve material quality performance and reduce defects.
• Manage material compliance, specifications, certifications and incoming quality requirements.
• Coordinate and support trials, new materials and change‑management activities across the site.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to continuously improve product integrity and consumer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Experience in quality, food manufacturing, FMCG or a similar technical environment.
• Strong understanding of food safety and quality systems such as HACCP, GMP and BRC.
• Proven ability to investigate issues, perform root‑cause analysis and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence across teams.
