Quality Manager

About the role

Samsung C&T's Engineering & Construction Group is seeking an experienced Quality Manager for its Energy business unit. The role supports the implementation of the project Quality Management System and ensures compliance with quality objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation of the project Quality Management System to meet quality objectives and targets.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of electrical works, identify non‑conformities and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed quality reports and presentations for management, highlighting KPIs, trends and improvement areas.
• Provide guidance to project leadership to develop and maintain a quality‑driven culture.
• Ensure workplace complies with ISO and AS/NZS regulatory/legal obligations.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in civil or electrical engineering or a related field.
• Experience as a QA Advisor/Lead or equivalent.
• Well‑developed leadership, problem‑solving and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Construction Induction Card (White card) required.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO standards and AS/NZS regulatory requirements.
• Experience with quality audits and inspections of electrical works.
• Ability to prepare quality reports and presentations.
