Quality Manager

About the role

The Quality Manager will develop, implement and maintain the quality management system for the Alkimos Seawater Desalination Plant project. You will ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards, lead quality assurance and control activities, and work closely with project teams to resolve quality issues.

Key responsibilities

• Translate sector and marketplace information into actionable quality knowledge.
• Guide the formulation of strategies, policies and plans to meet standards and regulations.
• Influence stakeholders and build commitment for compliance.
• Assess the impact, efficiency and effectiveness of risk‑and‑opportunity management approaches.
• Identify and address opportunities to build quality competence across business areas.
• Determine and design for process capability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to lead audits, inspections and training initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience driving continuous improvement in large‑scale infrastructure projects.
