Quality & Excellence Specialist

About the role

Join Woolworths' national team as a Quality & Excellence Specialist supporting multiple distribution centres in the Sydney region. You will ensure that all products meet high quality and safety standards for customers and communities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Q&E specialist support to Moorebank, Erskine Park, Erskine Park Xdock and Hoxton Park DCs.
• Work with key functions, stakeholders and the Risk & Compliance team to implement and maintain critical controls from the Q&E Program.
• Assemble and lead a HACCP team to implement and maintain the HACCP system methodology.
• Identify, investigate and resolve non‑conformances, implementing corrective actions.
• Perform periodic verification of support programs through site inspections and walkthroughs.
• Conduct internal audits of food safety controls and processes.
• Maintain calibration schedules, records and service reports for all testing, measuring and inspection equipment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an FMCG distribution centre or warehousing environment.
• Strong attention to detail, logical reasoning and solution‑focused problem‑solving.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude towards continuous improvement.

Required skills

• HACCP methodology (accreditation preferred).
• Food safety auditing.
• Equipment calibration and maintenance.
