Quality Digital Lead

About the role

Based at the South Australia Business Unit in Adelaide, the Digital & Quality Lead sits at the intersection of quality assurance and future‑focused digital engineering. You will embed quality management processes across all digital design and engineering outputs, turning virtual concepts into reality.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure digital design and engineering deliverables meet industry standards and project requirements.
• Develop, implement and audit quality assurance processes across BIM, CAD, 3D modelling and digital documentation, including non‑conformance and corrective‑action management.
• Lead the regional digital strategy and roadmap, translating national priorities into state‑based initiatives that improve project delivery.
• Mentor and develop digital systems and capability across the business, driving consistent adoption and continuous improvement.
• Establish and oversee digital design standards, workflows and quality‑control checkpoints to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance throughout the design lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing QA/QMS processes within construction, engineering or a related technical environment.
• Specialist knowledge of digital design and engineering workflows such as BIM, CAD and digital documentation platforms.
• Strong understanding of relevant quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 19650 or equivalent).
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and reporting skills.
