Purchasing Analyst – 12‑month Fixed‑Term

About the role
DBG Health & Beauty is seeking a Purchasing Analyst to join the VidaCorp Supply Chain team on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis. You will manage the end‑to‑end purchase order process for cosmetics, beauty, health and wellness products, working with both local and international manufacturers.
Key responsibilities
- Create, monitor and close purchase orders in the ERP system from initiation to goods receipt.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on‑time delivery and resolve any delays.
- Identify and escalate risks related to payments, materials, production and logistics.
- Drive continuous improvement of purchasing processes, reporting and system efficiency.
- Maintain accurate supplier master data, including pricing, lead times and minimum order quantities.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with internal policies and WHS standards.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of experience in purchasing, replenishment or supply‑chain operations, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, inventory control and supply‑chain operations.
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- High attention to detail, structured and process‑driven approach.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Additional Asian language skills (Mandarin, Cantonese or Korean) are a plus.
