Provisional Psychologist – Support NDIS Participants

About the role

Ability Action Australia, part of the MedHealth Group, is expanding its psychology team and seeks a Provisional Psychologist to deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based services to NDIS participants. This hybrid position is based in the Yeerongpilly office with caseloads allocated within 30 minutes of your home suburb.

Key responsibilities

• Provide client‑centered therapeutic interventions that are culturally safe and comply with AHPRA and NDIS regulations.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments using clinical observations and standardized tools, then develop and monitor treatment goals.
• Manage your own caseload, supporting participants and stakeholders to develop and review support plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary health professionals and maintain accurate case notes, reports, and correspondence.
• Participate in monthly team meetings, in‑service training, and weekly supervision with the Team Leader.

Required profile

• Current registration with AHPRA and a completed master’s degree in psychology.
• Working with Children’s Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, and a valid driver’s licence with access to a fully insured vehicle.
• High professional ethics and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to NDIS participants.
