Property Manager - UniLodge Park Central

About the role

UniLodge Living Group, Australia and New Zealand's leading provider of student accommodation, is hiring a Property Manager for UniLodge Park Central. This is a fixed-term position through to May 2027. You will lead day-to-day operations, drive occupancy and financial performance, manage property administration and build strong relationships with residents, stakeholders and service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee budgets, optimise costs and boost occupancy rates
• Run engagement programs while keeping resident satisfaction high
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders and university partners, giving timely updates and reports
• Keep the property clean, secure and well maintained in line with legal and safety regulations
• Recruit, train and mentor staff

Required profile

• Ideally 3 years' experience in property management, student accommodation or a similar field
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia and a valid Blue Card
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
