About the role

Barry Plant Frankston is looking for an enthusiastic Property Manager to join its team. The role is supported by a dedicated administration team, a routine inspection officer and an open home host, so you can focus on building strong relationships with property owners and renters while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture the property portfolio
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and renters
• Deliver exceptional service to clients

Required profile

• Agents Rep or Certificate IV in Property Services (essential)
• 1+ year of experience in Property Management
• Outstanding communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Enthusiastic, proactive and detail-oriented
• Exceptional organisational and computer skills
• A passion for world-class customer service
