Property Desktop Support Analyst

About the role

Knight Frank Australia, part of the world's largest privately owned property consultancy, is looking for a Property Desktop Support Analyst to work from its Sydney CBD office and support teams and sites across NSW. The role sits within a collaborative IT team providing hands-on support across hardware, software, mobile devices, business applications, Microsoft 365, audio-visual systems and emerging AI technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT support across hardware, software, mobile devices and business applications.
• Handle Microsoft 365 administration and support, resolving issues and helping users with their technology needs.
• Support and troubleshoot audio-visual equipment and Microsoft Teams Rooms so meeting rooms run smoothly.
• Coordinate and maintain leased hardware, ensuring devices are deployed, replaced and tracked throughout their lifecycle.
• Support the rollout and ongoing use of AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude.
• Travel between Sydney office locations when needed to provide hands-on support and assist with projects.

Required profile

• 2-5 years' experience in IT support within a corporate Microsoft 365 environment.
• Strong audio-visual support experience, ideally with Microsoft Teams Rooms and hosted meeting solutions.
• Hands-on experience supporting AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude.
• Has mentored junior staff and wants to grow into a team leadership role over the long term.
• Experience in an ISO 27001-accredited or similarly compliance-driven environment is desirable.
• Valid Australian working rights; a police check is required for successful candidates.
