Project Managers & Site Managers - HVAC

About the role

CSA Recruitment is seeking two experienced HVAC Project Managers and two experienced HVAC Site Managers to join a growing team in Perth, Western Australia. The roles deliver high-quality HVAC solutions across a range of commercial and industrial projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Project Managers: oversee HVAC projects from planning through to handover, including budgets, schedules, procurement and resource allocation
• Project Managers: coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers, and monitor progress, costs, quality and compliance
• Project Managers: identify and manage project risks while meeting safety and quality standards, and build strong client relationships
• Site Managers: supervise daily HVAC installation and site activities, coordinating trades, subcontractors, deliveries and site resources
• Site Managers: ensure works follow drawings, specifications and project schedules, and maintain WHS, quality control and site safety
• Site Managers: monitor site progress and report on delays, issues and variations, working closely with Project Managers, builders and other stakeholders

Required profile

• Proven experience managing HVAC or mechanical services projects (Project Managers)
• Experience supervising HVAC or mechanical services installations (Site Managers)
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of Australian standards, WHS requirements and industry practices
• Commercial awareness, budget management and deadline management
