Project Manager - Water and Wastewater Infrastructure

About the role

Fulton Hogan Utilities is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to its Southeast Queensland business. The role leads the end-to-end delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including treatment plants, pump stations, reservoirs and pipeline networks, and works closely with the client to deliver world-class utilities services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including treatment plants, pump stations, reservoirs and pipeline networks
• Manage projects through design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover, using Design and Build contracting experience
• Drive project performance across safety, quality, cost, risk and schedule
• Build and lead project teams through coaching, mentoring and capability development
• Maintain relationships with clients, designers, consultants, subcontractors and key stakeholders
• Apply commercial and project controls, including forecasting, reporting and contract management

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Civil, Structural, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline
• 8-10 years' experience delivering major infrastructure projects as a Project Manager, preferably in a Design Build environment
• Proven experience delivering water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including treatment plants, pump stations, reservoirs and pipeline construction
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex stakeholder environments
