Project Manager – Technology Projects

About the role

Lead the delivery of business‑critical technology projects that shape the future of Qantas Group. You will partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver transformational outcomes that create real value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex technology projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks and dependencies.
• Establish governance frameworks, chair steering committees and provide transparent project reporting.
• Engage senior leaders, business teams, technology teams and external vendors to build trusted relationships and influence outcomes.
• Drive organisational change, business readiness and adoption as part of broader transformation programmes.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience delivering complex technology projects in large, fast‑paced environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects of varying size, complexity and investment value.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing project investment, forecasting and vendor relationships.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, technology or a related discipline.
