Project Manager – Technology & Integration (WMS Platform)

About the role

This position offers an experienced Project Manager the chance to lead technology and system integration initiatives for a major Australian infrastructure services organisation. Working in a hybrid setting, you will collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders to deliver projects that enhance frontline operations and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology and integration projects, from initiation to handover.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate internal teams, business stakeholders and external delivery partners.
• Drive project governance, reporting and steering‑committee engagement.
• Support business‑change activities linked to technology implementations.
• Ensure smooth transition of projects into operational support.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering technology, digital or integration projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
• Experience managing third‑party vendors and implementation partners.
• Demonstrated capability in handling project budgets, schedules, risks and reporting.
• Background in complex enterprise environments, preferably within infrastructure, utilities, telecommunications, transport or facilities management.
