Project Manager – Technology Consulting

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead technology‑focused consulting engagements and ensure client satisfaction. You will guide cross‑functional teams, manage delivery timelines, and build strong relationships with senior leaders and operational staff.

Key responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements from inception to delivery, ensuring business outcomes meet client expectations.
• Provide quality and delivery assurance to produce referenceable results.
• Mentor and develop project teams to achieve optimal client outcomes.
• Engage sponsors, stakeholders, and senior management to build lasting relationships.
• Support the creation of high‑performing consultant teams across each engagement.

Required profile

• Extensive experience delivering technology systems projects, preferably in the resources or energy sector.
• Proven ability to manage the full project lifecycle using various methodologies.
• Experience building roadmaps, business cases, and change‑management plans.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem‑solving skills in an advisory/consulting setting.
• Australian work rights are mandatory.
