Project Manager – Service Planning & Network Connectivity

About the role

The Digital Modernization Sector at Leidos is looking for a Project Manager to lead service planning, performance coordination, and execution of Network Connectivity Service requests. You will act as the primary on‑site contact, collaborating with program leadership, customers, and other IT service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the go‑to person on site for communication with program SBLs and project managers, ensuring rapid resolution of complex system development issues.
• Coordinate engineering and operations systems, guaranteeing functional and technical requirements meet customer needs.
• Identify stakeholders, communicate issues, and drive resolution across people, process, and technology.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver network connectivity services and program projects.
• Manage milestone reviews, routine reports, risk exposure, and mitigation plans.
• Escalate program status and issues to technical, non‑technical, and executive leadership.

Required profile

• Current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Minimum 16 years of combined education and experience (e.g., doctorate + 8 years, master’s + 10 years, bachelor’s + 12 years, associate’s + 14 years, or HS diploma + 16 years).
• Excellent communication, governance, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven ability to thrive in dynamic environments and manage shifting customer priorities.

Required skills

• Network engineering, network security, and network monitoring expertise.
• IT, computer systems engineering, systems engineering, and analysis background.
• Project management experience, including stakeholder management.
