Project Manager - Regional Construction Projects

About the role

A leading high-end commercial construction company operating across Western Australia is looking for an experienced, hands-on Project Manager. The role is based in Perth but involves about 50% regional travel, and suits someone seeking long-term stability and strong autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of regional projects, delivering them safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Work with internal teams, clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery, including budgets, programmes, procurement and site coordination.
• Travel to regional sites (1-3 weeks at a time) to set up projects, monitor progress, attend site meetings, coordinate subcontractors and support on-site teams.
• Manage project handovers, initial setup, procurement and commencement documentation.
• Build relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, consultants and internal teams.
• Manage project documentation, identify risks, handle project completion and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Identify business development opportunities and follow through on leads.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in construction, landscaping or a civil-related industry.
• Business development skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Willingness to travel to regional sites about 50% of the working year.
• Valid Australian driver's licence, white card and full Australian working rights.
