Project Manager – Mining Technology & Digital Delivery

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead technology and digital transformation projects within the mining and resources sector. You will work closely with operational, site and business stakeholders to deliver projects from business case development through to implementation and change management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology and business transformation projects, managing scope, budget, schedule, risks and dependencies.
• Develop project governance, reporting, business cases and implementation plans while building strong relationships with operational and executive stakeholders.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to achieve successful business outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering projects in mining, resources, energy or heavy industrial environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Experience creating business cases, roadmaps and governance artefacts.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile.
• Leadership, communication, risk and budget management capabilities.
