Project Manager – Microsoft Technology Projects

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to lead Microsoft technology projects for a fast‑growing client in Melbourne. You will own end‑to‑end delivery across multiple customer environments, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of IT projects across several customer engagements.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets and governance reporting.
• Manage project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies (RAID).
• Coordinate cross‑functional technical teams and third‑party vendors.
• Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Monitor project financials and proactively address delivery risks.
• Deliver projects using Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies.
• Ensure projects meet agreed scope, quality, timeline and budget.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of dedicated IT Project Management experience.
• Proven ability to deliver end‑to‑end IT projects independently.
• Strong project planning, governance, budgeting and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands‑on experience with RAID logs and project reporting.
• Proactive, accountable and solutions‑focused approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
