Project Manager – Large Scale Infrastructure (Perth)

About the role

RPS, part of the Tetra Tech Group, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its growing Perth team. You will work on major infrastructure and commercial construction projects for university and state government clients, balancing office‑based planning with regular site visits and client meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate large‑scale construction projects from inception to completion.
• Manage construction contracts, contract administration, and design management processes.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk registers, ensuring delivery against client expectations.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, providing clear updates to clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to the development of best‑practice project management procedures.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in project management, architecture, engineering, construction management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably within a client‑side consultancy.
• Recent hands‑on experience delivering construction projects on the client, contractor or designer side.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency; ability to obtain a baseline security clearance is advantageous.
