Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager leads planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of projects for Superloop Business customers, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule and budget while delivering high‑quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third‑party vendors for flawless project execution.
• Plan, allocate and manage resources according to project pipeline and backlog.
• Translate scope and requirements into detailed tasks, schedules and assignments.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, track progress and report changes to management.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships, communicating risks, issues and status updates.
• Analyse project performance, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain documentation and oversee managed‑services onboarding for the Operations team.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of project management experience in IT or telecommunications.
• Proven experience implementing PMO standards and procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in IT or engineering.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification highly advantageous.
• Change‑management experience within a PMO is a plus.
