Project Manager – High End Residential

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑end residential builds across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. The role involves overseeing projects from pre‑construction through handover, ensuring quality, schedule and budget targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential projects from pre‑construction to completion.
• Develop and control programmes, budgets, procurement and variations.
• Coordinate site managers, subcontractors, consultants and clients.
• Ensure delivery to high standards, on time and within budget.
• Work closely with a junior Contract Administrator / project support person.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects as the business expands.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience in residential construction, particularly high‑end/custom homes.
• Direct experience delivering projects in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and a solutions‑focused mindset.
• Confidence to take ownership and make decisive decisions.
• A collaborative, positive attitude that fits a close‑knit team culture.
