Project Manager - Health (Hospital Fitout)

About the role

TSA Riley is looking for a delivery-focused Project Manager to support an accelerated health fitout at The Wesley Hospital in Brisbane. Working as part of the client-side project management team, you will coordinate design, procurement and construction activities in a live hospital environment, partnering with the client, consultants and contractor. The project involves concurrent design, procurement and construction, with TSA Riley providing client-side PM and Superintendent services.

Key responsibilities

• Day-to-day programme management and design coordination
• Procurement support and contract administration
• Reporting and coordination across design, programme, procurement, contractor, clinical stakeholders and project reporting
• Identifying emerging risks and issues early and proposing solutions
• Building trust with an active client, giving direct constructive advice and keeping momentum in a fast-paced programme

Required profile

• Brisbane-based with a strong Brisbane presence; this is not a remote role
• Strong health project experience, ideally hospital refurbishment, fitout or brownfield works
• Demonstrated experience delivering projects in live, operational hospitals
• Hands-on site presence, especially during fitout and construction
• Comfortable challenging where needed and working with a hands-on Project Director
