Project Manager – Fire Protection

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Fire Project Manager to lead fire protection projects across both wet and dry fire systems, from planning through to completion. The role involves managing budgets, programmes, procurement and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee fire protection projects from initiation to handover, managing budgets, schedules and variations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, site teams and stakeholders to ensure safe, on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Maintain strong client, builder, consultant and internal relationships.
• Ensure compliance with Australian Standards, fire safety requirements and quality expectations.
• Identify and manage project risks, resolve site issues and drive successful outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing projects within the fire protection industry.
• Strong understanding of wet and dry fire systems.
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially minded with experience managing budgets, variations and project profitability.
• Proactive problem‑solver with ability to lead teams and handle multiple projects.
