Project Manager – Door Systems

About the role

An established Australian business based in Emu Plains, which delivers specialist door systems for healthcare and secure facilities across Australia and New Zealand, is looking for a Project Manager. This is a genuine end-to-end role in which the manager takes ownership of projects, works directly with customers and keeps them on track to the agreed timeframe. The position is based in the Western Sydney office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects across ANZ from order through to completion
• Act as the main point of contact for customers
• Visit sites to measure and understand project requirements
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, Production, Logistics and installation teams
• Monitor project flow, timelines, costs and variations
• Coordinate installation and subcontractors where required
• Keep customers informed and resolve issues as they arise
• Ensure projects are delivered smoothly and to the agreed requirements

Required profile

• Proven project management experience
• Ideal background in construction, office fit-outs, building, furniture, kitchens, joinery or specialist doors
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to read plans and understand site requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities
• A current driver's licence

Required skills

• Strong IT skills and confidence using project management systems
• Customer-focused, organised and proactive approach

What we offer

• Salary of $150,000 - $170,000 plus superannuation
