Project Manager – Commercial & Industrial Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial construction projects across Melbourne. The role offers the opportunity to manage end‑to‑end delivery of high‑spec warehouse, childcare and other development projects while working closely with a Senior Project Manager and an engaged leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver assigned construction projects from inception to handover.
• Manage budgets, schedules and quality standards to meet client expectations.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee high‑spec finishes, detailed joinery, stone features and mezzanine installations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Report progress and issues to the Senior Project Manager and General Manager.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience as a Project Manager in the construction sector.
• Proven ability to run projects independently from start to completion.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work on‑site at the Albert Park office in Melbourne.
