Project Manager – Civil Mining (FIFO)

About the role

Join one of Western Australia’s longest‑serving civil contractors as a Project Manager on a FIFO basis. You will support the planning phase in Perth’s Northern Suburbs before transitioning to on‑site delivery of bulk earthworks for a major mining client, overseeing TSF, access and haul roads.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of bulk earthworks projects from mobilisation to handover.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, subcontractors and key partners.
• Develop and grow the civil mining division by identifying new opportunities.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules and safety compliance.
• Collaborate closely with the General Manager and senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing bulk earthworks projects for mining clients.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Highly developed planning and project methodology capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Motivation to contribute to operational growth and division development.
