Project Delivery Manager - FM Projects

About the role

JLL is hiring a Project Delivery Manager for FM Projects in Strawberry Hills, NSW. The role takes complete ownership of project lifecycles, from establishment through to handover and closure, independently managing around 200 projects at once. It covers coordination of consultants, contractors and suppliers, budget adherence, milestone tracking, risk mitigation, quality control and client reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all phases of multiple projects from inception to closure, on budget and on schedule
• Prepare and deliver fortnightly client meetings with minutes, monthly status reports, anticipated cost reports and individual project reporting
• Develop detailed project programs with milestones, objectives and risk registers
• Lead RFQ preparation, scope writing, tendering, value engineering and buildability analysis
• Oversee contract negotiation, award and administration with clients, consultants and suppliers
• Maintain anticipated cost reports (cash flows and accruals) and process variations with proper documentation
• Chair weekly project meetings and PCG (Project Control Group) meetings
• Implement and maintain JLL's Health, Safety and Environmental systems, complying with ISO14001, ISO45001 and ISO9001
• Manage project close-out, including financial reconciliation, as-builts, compliance certificates and asset data

Required profile

• Degree in Project Management, Construction Management or a related discipline, with five years of relevant experience, or ten years of combined formal education and experience (minimum four years in Design, Construction or Project Management)
• Proven ability to manage project delivery independently with minimal guidance
• Experience negotiating commercially with contractors, suppliers, consultants and authorities
• Knowledge of delivery methods such as Project Management, Construction Management, Managing Contractor and Lump Sum contracts
• Understanding of ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO9001 and environmental health and safety legislation

• Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Microsoft Project and cost reporting systems
• Preferred: JLL platforms Corrigo, Clarizen, Jaggaer and Project Toolkit
