Project Architect / Project Leader - Multi-Residential

About the role

A leading Western Australian architecture and design studio, known for landmark multi-residential, mixed-use, commercial and hospitality projects, is growing its delivery team and seeks an experienced Project Architect or Project Leader. The role suits someone who has successfully delivered project packages and is ready to lead and deliver multi-residential projects, working closely with senior leadership, consultants and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver project packages from detailed documentation through to construction delivery
• Take ownership of project packages while supporting larger-scale developments
• Produce and oversee high-quality documentation in Revit
• Coordinate consultants and manage project interfaces throughout all stages
• Contribute to design development while ensuring technical resolution and buildability
• Manage project timelines, deliverables and quality assurance processes
• Work with senior leadership and stakeholders, and resolve technical and construction challenges

Required profile

• Masters degree in Architecture
• 7-10+ years of professional architectural experience
• Proven experience delivering project packages in multi-residential or comparable sectors
• Strong Revit proficiency with demonstrated project-based experience
• Knowledge of the National Construction Code (NCC), Australian Standards and local planning requirements
• Excellent technical documentation and project coordination skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Desire to develop into a Project Leader position
• Full Australian working rights (PR or citizenship)
• Based in Perth or willing to relocate, with Australian project experience
